Definitely not what’s expected
They never mentioned they did not have A/C or fans .
Bathrooms and towels had mold and roaches.
My 4yr old was bitten all over by bed bugs
Turnover service was never done .
Hot water was never on.
Def would never go back or recommend .
In fact I opted to check out 1 day early due to the lack of air and cleanliness
Add pics of my daughters face after being bitten by bed bugs as well as tye roach and moldy towel

Ubicado frente al embalse, ofrece una panorámica impresionante que te hará desconectarte por completo. El desayuno es otro de sus grandes aciertos: delicioso y abundante, perfecto para empezar el día con energía antes de recorrer este hermoso destino. Además, la atención es simplemente excepcional. Los paisas saben cómo hacer sentir a los huéspedes como en casa, y en Porto Marina no es la excepción: el personal es amable, atento y siempre dispuesto a ayudar. Sin duda, un hotel totalmente recomendado para quienes buscan comodidad, buena atención y una vista inigualable en Guatapé. ¡Definitivamente volvería!

Magnifico!! Mágico!! Inolvidable!! Las habitaciones súper lindas, cómodas y limpias!! La vista inmejorable!! Jacuzzi súper privado El plan de la fogata en la noche es mágico!! El plan en kayak es muy bakano y el jetski mejor todavía!! El desayuno puede mejorar, especialmente las bebidas calientes. Esta un poco alejado de guatape así que si vienen op mas de 3 días recomiendo alquilar vehículo. De resto espectacular!!
